This study investigates the impact of school locational factors on the effectiveness of secondary schools in Agege Local Government Area of Lagos State, Nigeria. Through a descriptive research design and questionnaire-based data collection from a sample of one hundred secondary school students across four selected schools, the research explores the relationships between school location, class size, school facilities, and school organization, and their influence on school effectiveness. Drawing from previous literature, the study aims to provide insights for parents, educators, and school administrators to enhance students’ educational outcomes by understanding and addressing these factors. Despite limitations in scope and resources, the findings contribute to the broader discourse on school effectiveness and provide a reference point for similar contexts.
