III. Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, geographic information systems, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience with High School Diploma or 2 years with Bachelor’s degree in supporting ICT networks and GIS administration.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in GIS services and applications such as ArcGIS, QGIS.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and Generative AI ethics.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Additional desirable skills: data visualization tools like Power BI, programming languages like Python, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and project management.
