Instructional Objectives
At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:

  1. Identify and describe different types of body movements such as walking, running, jumping, and dancing.
  2. Demonstrate various body movements through guided activities and exercises.
  3. Explain the importance of body movements for maintaining physical health and well-being.

Entry Behaviour
Pupils should already know basic body parts and have experience with simple physical activities like walking, running, and jumping.
