- Qualifications:

- Professional qualifications like COREN, NSE, or similar are preferred.
- Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in power plant operations, preferably with a background in Bagasse-based power plants.
- Skills:
- Proficient in handling Travelling Grate Boilers using Bagasse as fuel with a minimum pressure rating of 87 Bar.
- Experience with Back Pressure and Condensing Turbines.
- Skilled in Fuel and Ash Handling Systems.
- Competence in Boiler and Turbine DCS Automation operations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
