II. Job Description (Summary)

- As the CFO, you will be responsible for WRI’s global financial management strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of financial systems and policies. You will act as a financial advisor to the Global Executive Team and manage WRI’s endowment and financial reserves.
III. Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in business or accounting; CPA and/or CMA strongly preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in an international matrixed organization with at least 8 years in senior management; nonprofit experience preferred
- Skills: Proficiency in financial systems, excellent analytical and forecasting skills, strong communication and leadership abilities
IV. Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range:
- US: $192,000 – $230,000 USD
- UK: £113,000 – £147,000 GBP
- NL: €113,000 – €147,000 EUR
- Other locations: Salary determined by local market conditions
