II. Job Description (Summary)
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- As the Mechanical Shift in Charge, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of power plant equipment to ensure continuous power generation and minimal downtime. You will coordinate with the team to maintain plant efficiency and safety.
III. Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of B-Tech/BE/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma.
- Certificate on Boiler Operating Engineers (BOE).
- COREN, NSE, or related professional qualifications are a plus.
- Experience:
- At least 7-10 years in power plant operations.
- Experience with Bagasse-Based Power Plants and Travelling Grate Boilers (minimum 87 Bar pressure rating) is preferred.
- Proficiency with Back Pressure & Condensing Turbines and Fuel/Ash Handling Systems.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with Boiler/Turbine DCS Automation Operation.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
