- Summary: UNU is looking for two dedicated Human Resources Assistants to manage HR services and administrative tasks. This role supports global initiatives by ensuring accurate HR operations and compliance with UNU policies.
III. Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Completion of Secondary Education required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years (with Secondary Education) or 2 years (with University Degree) of relevant experience in human resources management.
- Familiarity with UN systems, ERP software (Oracle Cloud, SAP, or PeopleSoft), and office software (MS Word, Excel) is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent collaboration and team skills with respect for diversity.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is highly desirable. Knowledge of another UN official language is a plus.

- Salary Range: MYR 41,398 – MYR 50,230 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
