III. Job Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1-year experience in reporting, market analysis, analytics, planning evaluation, and forecasting.
- Experience working in a medium to large organization.
- Strong knowledge of project management and performance reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Proven skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and budget management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret telecom KPIs, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast market trends, subscriber growth, and revenue.
- Develop and implement business models for promotions and new projects.
- Provide input into strategic meetings and manage escalations affecting service delivery.
- Ensure alignment with business goals, improve performance metrics, and manage risks.
