Job Type: Contract
Join the Global Shield Secretariat at UNU-VIE to support climate adaptation efforts. Engage with partner countries, facilitate political dialogue, and contribute to the positioning of the Global Shield in international agendas.
III. Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in political science, economics, or related field with a focus on climate or development policy.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multilateral institutions, development organizations, or private sector, with a focus on international climate policy or disaster management.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of climate change adaptation and disaster risk management.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
IV. Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: Commensurate with experience (Consultant Contract)
