III. Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- B-Tech, BE, BSc in Mechanical Engineering, or HND.
- Mandatory Boiler Operating Engineers (BOE) certification.
- Additional certifications such as COREN, NSE, or related professional qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience:
- 7-10 years in power plant operations, with preference for experience in Bagasse-based power plants.
- Hands-on experience with Travelling Grate Boilers using Bagasse as fuel (minimum 87 bar pressure).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in operating Back Pressure & Condensing Turbines.
- Expertise in Fuel and Ash Handling Systems.
- Skilled in Boiler/Turbine DCS Automation.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
