III. Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, IRCA ISO45001:2018) is an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in a similar HSE role within the logistics or transportation industry, particularly involving trucks and drivers.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in Transport Management and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and management systems.
- Good knowledge/experience in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Control.
- In-depth knowledge of Fire Safety Management.
- Good understanding of the PTW system and RCA.
