This study investigates the relationship between transformational leadership and ICT readiness among teachers in Nigerian schools. In a rapidly globalizing world, ICT has become integral to daily functioning and education. However, despite the availability of computer technology in many Nigerian schools, its integration into the curriculum remains limited. The study examines the influence of principals’ transformational leadership skills, particularly in decision-making and professional development, on teachers’ adoption of ICT tools in their classrooms. The objectives include assessing the relationship between transformational leadership behaviors and decision-making among principals, ICT readiness, and teachers’ use of ICT in the classroom. The research utilizes a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to explore these dynamics, aiming to fill the gap in scholarly attention on this critical area. The findings will provide insights into effective teaching strategies and contribute to improving educational quality through enhanced ICT integration, ultimately benefiting students, teachers, and educational administrators.
