
In today’s rapidly evolving global landscape, the hospitality industry faces intense competition and the necessity for innovative management strategies. This study explores the critical role of Total Quality Management (TQM) in fostering growth and sustaining organizations, focusing on the Taraba Motel in Jalingo. Recognizing the competitive pressures and the increasing demand for superior service quality, this research investigates the relationship between TQM practices, organizational growth, and customer satisfaction. Through a comprehensive review of literature and empirical analysis, the study examines how hotel managers and staff implement TQM, the benefits and critical success factors of introducing a TQM culture, and the challenges encountered. The findings reveal significant insights into the impact of TQM on enhancing service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall organizational performance. This study contributes to the hospitality sector by providing a practical model for integrating TQM, aimed at achieving increased revenue, reduced costs, and improved employee and customer satisfaction.
