Components of a First Aid Box
- Food:
- High-energy snacks like granola bars, or biscuits for emergency energy.
- Oral rehydration salts to combat dehydration.
- Water:
- Clean drinking water stored in small bottles.
- Useful for drinking or washing wounds.
- Medication:
- Pain relievers (e.g., paracetamol).
- Antiseptic cream, ointment, or solution (e.g., iodine).
- Burn cream and oral rehydration salts.
- Support Objects:
- Bandages, adhesive tape, and gauze pads.
- Scissors, tweezers, gloves, and safety pins.
- A whistle or flashlight for emergencies.

Lesson Presentation
Step 1: Introduction
